As a former radical feminist and abortion advocate - and having had an abortion myself in San Francisco in 1977 - I am grateful that as part of God’s redemption of my life I have the privilege of writing and speaking on behalf of unborn children and their mothers. I’ve also been privileged to adopt a baby with Down syndrome who would otherwise have been aborted.

I’ve written about my personal experience as well as the issues of feminism and abortion in my book Reaching the Left from the Right: Talking About Social Issues with People Who Don’t Think Like You.

For the past two years, I have published a photo journal of the Annual March for Life held in Washington, D.C. to counter the lack of coverage by the Washington Post .
